Pacific Blue: The return of corrupt SMPD detective Perry Marcus, who is again using a band of teenagers to set up high level drug dealers. Among the group of runaways is Jamie Strickland's estranged sister, Jennie. Jamie confesses that it was she who killed their abusive father before he had a chance to continue his ways with Jennie. All this happens under the watchful eye of Internal Affairs investigator, Susan Jessup, who's long had it in for Jamie Strickland and the Pacific Blue unit.
