Cold Case Files: Overland Park, Kansas detectives fear they have a serial killer on their hands. With 3 women and an infant missing, detectives search for clues and bodies. The killer goes dormant and does not resurface until 2000. The case comes together when 2 women press charges and detectives are able to get a warrant. What they discover will put a killer on death row.
