School Rumble: Omizu is Culture: It�s the first day of the Cultural Festival! Class 2-C is doing a caf� under the title "Caf� Rumble", where customers can order a drink and a girl to cater for them. But not all is well for 2-C. Firstly, Tenma is the only 2-C girl that hasn�t been requested to cater for a customer. Most of all, almost every one of their customers are going to the Tea Club�s Caf�. What could the Tea Club possibly have that Class 2-C doesn�t? Why, a Cosplay attraction, of course!Manga is Culture: Harima is feeling down in the dumps, thinking that his manga entry for the Rookie Manga Contest didn�t make it after all. So, Yakumo tries to lift Harima�s spirit up by cosplaying as a manga-ka in Tokiha-sou, "the Holy Land of Manga".
