Kidô senshi Gundam Seed: Shinn, a young, orphaned refugee from the war, is now piloting the new weapon, Impulse. Him, along with Rey Za Burrel, fight to retake the stolen Gundams, all the while, a mysterious military force attacks the base, creating a diversion. This force, headed by the masked Neo Roanoke, greatly damages the base, leading Captain Gladys to launch the new PLANT ship, Minerva. Cagalli and Athrun are on board, hoping that this is not a repeat of Heliopolis.
