The Fifth Estate: Guy Paul Morin: Morin was serving a life sentence for the rape and murder of nine-year-old Christine Jessop. He insisted he was innocent. The police, prosecutors, and media fed and perpetuated the stereotype of Morin as the ultimate weirdo and soulless perverted killer. Evidence was manipulated and falsified, and after two trials and a public inquiry, Morin was eventually released and exonerated. Even after almost 30 years, the fifth estatelooks at lingering questions about one of Canadaï¿½s most disturbing murders and a perpetrator still waiting to be caught.
