She cooks up a Moqueca, which is a Brazilian seafood Stew. You know this one-pot wonder is loaded with clams, mussels, lobster, scallops,and seasoned to perfection. And of course, the flavor profiles that tie it all together are fresh ripe tomatoes, onions, garlic, cilantro, and coconut milk. She serves it up with a flavorful toasted homemade garlic bread with just the right crunch. Then she brings it on home with a traditional Brazilian drink called the caipirinha.
